Microsoft анонсировал релиз SQL Server 2022 Release Candidate 0 (RC 0) for Linux.

В дополнение к новым функциям, добавленным в RC 0, этот выпуск для Linux теперь поддерживает следующие функции.
- Azure Synapse link. Среду выполнения интеграции (IR) нельзя установить в среде Linux, поэтому вам придется запускать IR на компьютере под управлением Windows, который находится в той же сети, что и компьютер Linux, на котором запущен экземпляр SQL Server, к которому он подключается. - Azure Active Directory authentication (AAD) — SQL Server в Linux теперь включает поддержку AAD. В настоящее время контейнеры SQL Server не поддерживают эту функцию.
- Для распределенных групп доступности поддерживается изменение параметра REQUIRED SYNCHRONIZED SECONDARIES TO COMMIT.
